We ask for your credit card to hold your booking. The card will NOT be charged when you book. Your practitioner will process the payment AFTER you have completed the colon hydrotherapy session. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Arriving

When you arrive to the building, PLEASE always buzz 214 or 213 on the intercom outside the building to let your therapist know you have arrived. If you enter without buzzing your therapist will not know you have arrived.

PLEASE only come 5-10 minutes before your session as there is no front desk reception or large waiting area. Your therapist who is doing back to back appointments will greet you.

IMPORTANT You MUST enter the location from the storefront on MARINE DRIVE. 2 hours of FREE parking available underground. Parking entrance from back alley. NO direct access to location from parking lot or back alley. To enter, please return to street level and enter from the storefront on Marine Dr.

24 HOURS NOTICE REQUIRED TO CANCEL SESSION

Cancellations can be done through your profile or calling or text ONLY

If you cancel with less than 24 hours you will be subject to a fee. If you notify us with less than 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked session. If you do not notify us or are a no show, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your booked session.
