RECEIPTS FOR EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS

We are now able to give receipts for extended health benefits. Book with any therapist who is a n.d. to receive a receipt. Once you submit your receipt to your insurance provider, acceptance is possible but not guaranteed. Blue Cross and Sun Life WILL NOT accept our receipts.

FOR BOOKINGS

We ask for your credit card to hold your booking. The card will NOT be charged when you book. Your practitioner will process the payment AFTER you have completed your session. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

Cancel through your My Account page, if less than 24 hours through call or text.

If you notify us with less than 24 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your booked session. If you do not notify us or are a no show, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your booked session.
